How do we select the right package for us?

Download our brochure and read through each of the packages. Make note of what you are interested in doing yourself (or more importantly, what you don't want to do you yourself!). Then contact us so we can talk through it more!

Where are you based and do you travel?

Andrias Events, LLC is based in Richmond, Virginia, but we service Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. We also travel often to other cities and states, so lets talk more about the location you've selected for your big day! We can get there!

When will our services begin?

If you choose the full-service package, your service starts right away! For the partial package, your planning begins 10 months from your wedding date. For the month of package, your services begin 6 weeks prior to your wedding date.

How do we secure our date with you?

Our booking process is just three easy steps!

2. Select the perfect package and we will send you a contract
3. Sign your contract and pay your non-refundable booking deposit

TECHNOLOGY FAQS

What tools are included in the client planning lounge?

Our team uses a client portal to manage all stages of the planning process, share real time updates, coordinate with vendors, and keep careful records of the details involved in your wedding. We use technology to create efficiencies in the planning process and to teach you all about the wedding planning process as we go along. You will have access to your customized planning portal through your normal internet or mobile browser.

When will my lounge access begin?

If you've chosen the full-service package, your access will begin immediately. For the partial package, your access begins 10 months from your wedding date. For month of, your access begins 6 weeks prior to your wedding date. We will send you an invitation by email to create your login and start the planning process!

Can I give other people access to my lounge?

Yes! Your fiancé will have access to the lounge (if they so choose) when your access begins. If you need to give access to another family member (ex. Mother of the Bride), make the request and we will look to see if it can be approved. We certainly want to keep your process moving efficiently!

Help! I'm having trouble logging in!

Lets try a few different things:
1. Make sure your internet connection is working! The system runs through wifi.
2. If you've forgotten your password, click on the login link above and reset your password.
3. Sometimes our system undergoes updates and is taken offline for a short period of time. This is fairly rare, but if it does happen, its usually late on Sunday evenings. Please let us know that you are having trouble so we can look into it!
4. Please let us know what issues you are having so we can assist your promptly and create FAQs or instruction sheets to help you and other clients in the future!

I need help using all of the tools in the system or finding what I'm looking for!
